MEET YOUR COACH
I'm Tom Fish, originally from Brighton, England. I moved to Japan nearly 10 years ago with a love for coaching, the outdoors and sushi.
After working across various roles in Tokyo, one thing became clear: no matter how busy life gets, health is what everything else is built on. Energy, confidence, mood, and motivation all start there.
I believe the most effective training isn't extreme or complicated — it's about building habits that fit real life. Habits you can stick to when work gets busy, motivation dips, or life gets in the way. My approach is simple: consistency and progress you can actually feel and see. No fluff.
You don't need to be an athlete or love the gym. You just need the willingness to start.
